Lectio Divina - Spy Wednesday

Today we continue our Holy Week reflections with a short Lectio Divina—an ancient prayer practice that helps us slow down and sit with a small passage of Scripture. Together we’ll read the passage several times, paying attention to what stands out, and bringing our thoughts and prayers to God.

Today’s reflection focuses on a moment from Jesus’ life during Spy Wednesday - a day when his close friend and a part of his inner circle decides to betray him, and to force his hand in a confrontation with the powers and principalities.

Take 10–15 minutes—perhaps during your lunch break or a quiet moment in the middle of the day—to pause, reflect, and spend time with God and his Word.
